We provide dog waste cleanup, dog waste hauling, deodorizing, and sanitizing to keep your yard clean, fresh, and safe for your pets and family.
Do I need to be home for service?
No, you don’t need to be home! We’ll send you a heads-up when we’re about 60 minutes away. As long as your dogs are friendly and we have safe access to your yard, we’ll take care of everything and notify you once the service is complete.
Do you offer refunds if I miss a service?
We do not offer refunds for missed services due to locked gates, inaccessible yards, or aggresive pets being outside. To avoid this, please ensure we have clear access on your assigned service day.
What areas do you service?
We proudly serve Union City, Fremont, Newark, and surrounding areas. If you're unsure if we cover your location, feel free to contact us!
Can I cancel at anytime?
Yes! Our plans are commitment-free—just let us know before your next billing cycle. However, we do not issue refunds for missed or completed services.
What is the difference between deodorizing and sanitizing?
Deodorizing helps eliminate odors caused by pet waste, leaving your yard smelling fresh. It neutralizes lingering smells but does not disinfect surfaces.
Sanitizing, on the other hand, kills bacteria, viruses, and germs that can be left behind by pet waste. It helps create a safer, cleaner environment for your pets and family by reducing harmful pathogens.
For the best results, we recommend combining both services to keep your yard fresh and hygienic!
What days do you operate?
We provide pet waste removal Monday - Wednesday only to ensure efficient service routes. Your pickup day will be assigned based on your location after you sign up.

When will my first service take place?
Your first service will be scheduled for the next available Monday - Wednesday after you sign up. We will confirm your assigned service day via email or text after your subscription is processed.
When will I be billed?
Subscriptions are billed on the day you sign up and renew every month on that same date (e.g., sign up on March 14, next payment is April 14).
Can I change my assigned service day?
Your pickup day is based on your location to keep routes efficient. If you need a change due to special circumstances, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate!
How do I enter discount codes?
After you select the package you would like you can apply it at checkout!
Are your products pet safe?
Yes! We use pet-safe, professional-grade products designed to effectively eliminate odors and sanitize outdoor spaces while being safe for pets and people.
