1. Service Availability & Scheduling
Ocho’s Scoop Service operates Monday - Wednesday only, with assigned service days based on location:

Monday: Union City

Tuesday: Fremont

Wednesday: Newark
📌 Rescheduling & Missed Visits:

Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for any schedule changes.

If we cannot access your yard due to locked gates, aggressive pets, or other obstructions, the visit will be skipped and will not be refunded.
2. Subscription Billing & Payments

All plans are subscription-based and renew automatically every month on the same date as signup.

Payments are processed securely through our online system.

If a payment fails, services will be paused until the balance is cleared.
3. Refunds & Cancellations

No Refunds for Completed Services: Once a service has been performed, refunds are not available.

Cancellation Policy: Customers may cancel anytime before their next billing cycle—no long-term commitments!

Refunds for Cancellations: No refunds for unused time in the current billing cycle.
4. Service Access & Customer Responsibilities

Gates Must Be Unlocked: To ensure service, customers must provide clear access to their yard on their assigned service day.

Pet Safety Policy: We allow friendly dogs in the yard during service. However, if a dog shows signs of aggression or poses a safety risk, the visit will be skipped and will not be refunded.

Extreme Weather Delays: In cases of severe weather conditions, service may be rescheduled for safety reasons.
5. Add-On Services & Waste Disposal

Deodorizing & Sanitization: Available as add-ons, either bi-weekly or as needed.

Waste Disposal: By default, waste is placed in your trash bins. Hauling is available for $10 extra per visit.
